NIRVANA: COME AS YOU ARE

The notes all sound lower on the 'Nevermind' recording but that’s just from the effect used on the guitar and the fact that Chris Novoselic plays the same riff on the bass.

The 2 most common mistakes;
• At the start of the verse you play 0-0-1-2 but ONLY at the start; look what happens at the second bar.
• There are two parts where you swing between high/low string, NOT the same order, look & listen.

Vital tip:The entire verse only uses fingers on the 1st and 2nd frets. Don't jump one finger over both of them, you have four fingers available. String & Fret climbing
