The Streets: Dry Your Eyes
Turned to the simplest chord sequence I can think of all the way through: A, A/d Stroke Chords
Vital tip: The A chord uses 5 strings, only one note will be changed so instead of strumming them all like a chainsaw, aim the first stroke of each chord just at the first one or two strings, this makes the change stand out.
A A/d (open the D string & avoid the A)
E [--0-----------------------------0----------------------------------
B [--2-----------------------------2----------------------------------
G [--2-----------------------------2----------------------------------
D [--2-----------------------------0----------------------------------
A [--0----------------------------------------------------------------
E [-------------------------------------------------------------------
Dry your eyes mate... etc, there's plenty more fish in the sea
For a bigger sound
A A4/f# (go from D to E & mute the A)
E [--0-----------------------------0----------------------------------
B [--2-----------------------------2----------------------------------
G [--2-----------------------------2----------------------------------
D [--2-----------------------------0----------------------------------
A [--0-----------------------------x----------------------------------
E [--------------------------------2----------------------------------
Dry your eyes mate... etc, I know it's hard to take but...
