MASSIVE ATTACK: TEARDROP

A classic example of keeping the top part of the arpeggio consistent and only changing the root note. These would be named as Stroke chords. So the first note of the bar is all that changes, you set that off then play on with the arpeggio.

Each chorus has little variations to it's order but they all use the same root note ingredients F G A D.
Get the lyrics and write the root notes by them if you want to play the entire song, it's all that ever changes and they are not hard to work out by ear.
